Information for Directors
Before Picture Day
1-2 weeks prior to picture day your package will be delivered with marketing posters and stickers to remind parents about picture day.
Before we arrive, please have a roster of each class ready.
If you have more than 1 day scheduled for us, please divide the school equally into age groups with a mix of ages on each day.
On Picture Day
The photographer will show up at our agreed upon time and ready to make your children have fun and SMILE!
Our photographer brings an assistant each day to help the process go smoother. They are trained to take special care of the children, so they are happy and comfortable during their photo shoot!
Before starting we will go over any special instructions with you.
After Picture Day

1-2 weeks after the photoshoot, you will receive beautifully edited proofs for the parents to order from.

The proofs will have a due date on them. Parents can order order online with their personal login code or using the QR code.

Orders turned in by the due date will be delivered to the school about 2 to 3 weeks later.

Late orders made online will have a shipping fee and will be mailed to the parents’ home.
